As a Software Consultant at JCM, Ann’s days are centred around problem-solving and support. Much of her time is spent responding to client emails, investigating issues and finding practical solutions. When calls are scheduled, she shifts into consulting mode, guiding customers through systems, answering questions and sharing her knowledge to help them get the most from their software.

Ann began her career working directly for Zoho straight after graduating from university with a bachelor's degree in and quickly discovered a genuine interest in finance software and what started as a first role soon became a real specialism. 

Over the past two years at JCM, Ann has deepened her expertise across the suite of Zoho tools, in addition to her in-depth knowledge of Zoho Finance.

She enjoys the detective work involved with resolving customer support tickets, understanding the issue, researching the details, and identifying the right fix. Her quick thinking and strong research skills allow her to navigate complex queries in a calm way.

What stands out most to Ann about JCM is the supportive environment. She loves how the team shows up for each other and how personal development and growth is at the heart of the culture. The sense of shared responsibility for projects and the strong teamwork ethos is something she’s proud to be part of.

Outside of work, Ann enjoys painting and reading, and recognises that these skills have definitely helped her to get curious and ask better questions at work too.
