Meet the Team - Angela Dennerley, Project Administrator

As Project Administrator, Angela plays a vital role in keeping JCM’s projects organised and on track. She supports the team with day-to-day administration, ensuring the detail behind every client engagement is managed carefully and efficiently.

Her role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including answering calls, booking appointments, scheduling training sessions and managing the client licence base. It’s varied, practical work that requires consistency and attention to detail. Angela takes immense pride in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Angela joined JCM three years ago and has since become an integral part of the team. She brings a strong work ethic and a natural ability to connect with people, qualities that matter deeply in a business built on relationships.

She particularly enjoys helping clients get exactly what they need, whether that’s booking the right training session or supporting them with their software access. There’s satisfaction in knowing that her work helps keep projects flowing smoothly and clients feeling supported.

In addition to her work for JCM, Angela runs her own small business Kitsch Republic creating bespoke homewares and gifts, an experience that shapes her customer-focused mindset. She understands how important it is to feel looked after and responded to quickly, something she carries into every interaction.

What makes her proud to work at JCM is the service the team provides. She values the family feel of the business and the way everyone goes above and beyond to help clients.

Outside of work, Angela has a weekly ritual she loves: her “train adventures." Once a week she boards a train from her local station and heads somewhere new, exploring different places and enjoying the simple pleasure of discovering somewhere different.

For Angela, the role may be behind the scenes, however the impact is front and centre.

Organisation, care and consistency, helping keep everything, and everyone, moving forward.
