JCM Announces Leadership Transition as Founder Chris Moran Becomes Chairman

We are delighted to announce an important leadership transition as Chris Moran, founder and long-standing Managing Director, steps into a new role as Chairman after 15 years at the helm.

Since establishing JCM in 2010, Chris has led the business through significant growth, building a close-knit team and a strong reputation for excellence.

Reflecting on this milestone, Chris said:

“Creating and leading the team at JCM has been the highlight of the last 15 years. I'm delighted to be able to pass on the reins to such a well-balanced, professional and caring team. The next 20 years are going to be even better!”

Succeeding him as Managing Director is his eldest daughter, Sara Moran, who partners with younger sister, Elle Moran, to lead the business into its new era. 

“I remember as a little girl standing on Dad’s shoes as he walked me around like a robot,” Sara shared. “Those are big shoes to fill now, but I’m so proud to continue the incredible work he’s done to create such a wonderful business.”

To further strengthen our leadership team, we are excited to announce the appointment of Lucy Rennie as Non-Executive Director. Having worked alongside JCM for nearly a decade, Lucy brings extensive strategic and communications experience to the board.

“Being formally appointed Non-Exec Director is a real honour,” Lucy said. “It’s been a joy to see JCM evolve and grow, and I’m excited to support the team as they enter this next chapter.”
